The ten settings vary the first setting is a regular vibration the second a stronger vibration and the other eight are the sort of stop and go vibrations you would get from a massage chair with electronic settings where it will vibrate and stop intermittently

Its good has nice vibrations but everytime i use it after about thirty minutes if i turn it off i cant turn it back on again unless i plug it up first
