The capsules are easy to *, and individually packed. For me, 1/2 capsule works well. Comes in a small, very discreet box.

The first night is the strongest and the second night is residual. You get a bit of a head-rush when it starts to work. The effect lasts up to 24 hours and the side effects are gone.
