Infrared red light therapy belt is designed to relieve pain. Works by getting the blood flowing to the affected area and therefore healing faster.
The inline remote is easy to use and i can set effective timers on it. It's easy to power and any old usb port seems to have no issue powering it.
This red light belt has adjustable brightness setting from and timer. The blue led display is extremely bright.
Cons
The lights flickered off and on immediately when trying to wrap. Worked for 2 weeks before returning due to faulty power connection. It’s a waste of time and inconvenient to return a defective poorly made item.

The one drawback is the belt they send to wrap with isn’t long enough to wrap around my hips but as it’s electric therefore stationary you can just place it behind you no wrap necessary

I get pain a lot on my legs and my knees and once i put this on within 10 to 20 minutes the pain is diminished significantly
