It's a great quality and one of the best.
Anyway, the belt itself feels of high quality.
The remote is kind of confusing, even with the instructions, but i think i got it right.
Don't expect a miracle overnight and you will not be disappointed.

This led light therapy is basically infrared that heats you on the inside

It can run off the ac adapter that comes with it or you can run it off of a power bank it doesnt mention about using a usb power adapter so i wouldnt recommend that

Another reviewer who has the smaller one mentions that they can detach the pad from the belt as it is just velcroed on
