Pros
It's very bright, and the high irradiance means you're getting an effective dose of red light in a short amount of time. The controller is very simple to use and the readout is easy to read. The belt fits securely, and stay in place.

It's a great quality and one of the best.
The controls are in line with the cord so i don't need to bend down to change the settings.
The remote is kind of confusing, even with the instructions, but i think i got it right.
Don't expect a miracle overnight and you will not be disappointed.

This is not something you want to walk around in but since the timer only does 10 20 and 30 minutes you wont really have a reason to anyway

There doesnt seem to be any place to put the battery bank so youll just need to have it outside the boot if you go that route

The velcro straps are not sewn onto the boot at all which is good and bad

I do wish there was some kind of pocket on this thing to keep all the cables together but there isnt

It also does not come with a bag to keep everything together so you may want to keep the box it comes in for storage between uses
