You have to constantly use it but honestly it does work but be careful because it gets very hot because it is in metal

I was worried that i would not be able to utilize this but the base is relatively sturdy so i can actually prop it up while i type for work i did fashion a sort of hood for it so it is not bright because its very bright while i type

This particular device states that it emits red light in three different wavelengths of 660nm 850nm and 940nm

From what i’ve learned in my studies reading research articles and just my experience with other devices the 660nm visible red light may be helpful for skin issues while the invisible near infrared wavelengths of 850nm and 940nm may help treat underlying tissues deeper down

I have a big lamp that i use at times but whenever i need it for my lips or forehead or sometbing small i get to lazy to take it out because it is so big for sometbing so small
