Takes a little getting used to and definitely smacking yourself in the legs and forearms is a part of the learning curve. I do a class that requires “grabbing your bod ropes” to do some exercises.
Cons
These are tiny. I continually have to screw the top piece and rope section back on, because they get loose, and sometimes come off and fly across the room, during my workouts.
These are cheap and ineffective. Cheaply made and disappointing.

I bought these for the beach body programs mbf mbfa bc i didn’t love the ones with the styrofoam balls on the ends and that’s what i bought first

However about a week after i started using them the plastic balls on the end literally flew off in the middle of a workoutand i ended up having to superglue them back on but they’ve worked great ever since
