Pros
The mouse is actually a mouse and keyboard in one. The '5' key is the key that is in the middle of most people's thumb.
One of my biggest shouts is how comfortable this mouse is in hand. The multiple options of dpi settings are great for on the fly tweaks. The adjustable weights make a big difference.
Would never buy a different mouse after having this. Excellent durability, it doesn't even looks worn. Second one for me for travelling and a another one for a friend as a gift. My only complaint is that the cable is a little stiff.

Cons
By default none of the * are bound on the software. The button's grooves make using the mousewheel uncomfortable. Not easy to press the side * using thumb.
If you are a gamer needing keys and using a gaming keypad, this is not the mouse for you. Ca fonctionne très très mal.

Quality
I know, small things, but on top of a really great mouse, i'm impressed with the whole purchase overall.
Mouse works well and has a great feel to it.
Update:manufacturer got in contact with me and gave me a full refund without asking for the product back.
Material quality isnt the best but its a fairly cheap mouse, its to be expected.
Packaging/appearance
Extremely easy to customize once you actually find the their website (not printed anywhere on packaging that i could see).
Competitiveness
Great mouse i love it being using for a while now no problems looking more into reddragon products
My second redragon mouse bought to replace my first one which i bought six years ago.
A comparable logitech mouse cost over three times this price!
Beats my deathadder for 5 years for 100$.

Left click just started to get twitchy sometimes releasing when highlighting text and sometimes the mouse does a double click on its own

To be fair i had to buy another mouse and cannot use this one but if you do not plan on using the 5 side button it might be a good mouse for you
