Redtiger treats customers with respect, integrity, and kindness. They promptly address your questions and needs.
The 2021 model has a micro-usb charging connector while the newer models come with usb-c charging connectors. It comes with the micro sd card speed test feature now (which is very cool) the app is a lifesaver.
Cons
I know it’s been 2 years so i doubt they’ll refund me for it but just know you get what you pay for. Completely disappointing. Cannot recommend it.

I emailed customer support where they gave me recommendations to try and if none of them worked said that they would replace the unit free of charge
