He is very hard on his shoes tends to go through them very quickly and therefore feels spending more than 20 on shoes is a waste because theyll get trashed anyway

I’ve owned mine for about 4 years and used in trips regularly and to this day show only fair wear and tear peeling of strap material

Some pairs slant off your feet and dont stay snug but these seem to just hold their position wetdry no matter your walking pace
