Pros

The strap between toes is comfortable. I have a bone spur in my heel so comfy shoes are key.

Cons

They are a quarter of an inch too small and my foot hangs off the back. I am so saddened. This is an updated these are just okay.

However, they leave the bottom of my feet black. They are not that comfortable and they do not have a good arch support.
