Pros

Arm band is adjustable while running without stopping. I wear it cycling so my arm is fairly stationary while i'm using it. Works great running and working.

Take the time to secure it as snug as possible. Holds phone tight and swivels easily. It's a bit tight to put on for my xr as it is a larger phone but still secured while i run.

Holds my iphone 11. Even holds an otter box w/6s plus apple phone. I have a 6 1/4 motorola phone and it just fit and held the phone perfectly. I like the key pocket & headphone straps work great.

I love the toggle that allows me to turn and easily access the phone. I like that there is no screen protector on it and that it rotates.

Cons

It bleeps in and out for the entire duration of my walk which is beyond annoying. I hve to throw it away since i don't think it is worth sending it back. It's made cheap.

+ the ability to adjust for arms with the velcro helps to set it to different parts of your arm.

I do use it a lot, but am disappointed with that.

The fasteners that hold the phone are in a place where they sometimes mess with the phones buttons.
