Strong enough to hold back a toddler who has the strength of a small horde of zombies who just realized there was a human when they haven't seen one in years. Great price point for such a large baby gate.

The latch is different than the one in the video. It fits beautifully in larger walkways and has a decent size lockable doorway. Easy to latch and unlatch, very secure.

The unique design is so versatile it's amazing. Easy to install and sturdy enough. Very affordable compared to similar gates.

First gate was broken months after purchasing and that damage was done by a rottweiler. The latch is so bad. It’s also not sturdy and easily moved so the bottom left a ton of scuffs and a few deep scratches in my hardwood floors.

It is only a matter of time before our clever toddler figures out this lame locking device. This is very dangerous for toddlers. God forbid you try to carry groceries through it. It’s worthless for bigger children, like 2-3 years old.

If you were mounting in a wooden doorway or door frame they would be okay. The spindles are in the way of where you need to screw it in so it’s very hard to get the screws straight into the stud and impossible to use a drill. This product is not press...  Read More
