I wanted this gate to stop my dogs going into the hallway i chose this because is came with an extension and is taller i have large dogs however the gate doesnt open both ways and i found the connections rather flimsy 😢

When closing and opening the catch catches and can be a bit difficult so i would also think with a child that quite determined or a person in a hurry this would cause difficulties i would stick with an ordi
