Cons

It's so inconvenient because we need to check it from time to time to ensure that it's working. The box is as it is, which means it was damaged already before packaging. Very disappointing. Go for a different brand, these are not durable.

Just rinse and drain the rice a few times before adding equal measures of water to rice and let it sit for 30 mins before turning the cooker on
