The key with this is that we give it about an hour before his desired sleep time. Calms him down nicely. Also helps with him being restless at night.

It also helps my oldest daughter when she's more anxious than usual to relax. She only takes it ocassionally for anxiety, but it works very well for her. We're in a global pandemic and anything to help us manage our stress is ok by me.
