I actually scratched the crown of the holster putting the gun in the safe very minor and nobodys fault but my own just adds character and an ownership mark

Great quality probably one of the sturdiest holsters i own and the belt clip on it makes for a firm catch on your belt ensuring a secure draw and not the i drew my gun holster and underpants all at once situation

The fit is exactly what i needed as those with this kind of 1911 sig realize that it is not a normal round top 1911

But it covers enough of the trigger that nothing can get in there however i am holstering a 1911 with a rail possibly without a rail the entire trigger will be covered

Note that this is a leather holster and you should not expect the same kind of draw you get out of a full or partial kydex holster you will have to practice to determine how to best carry and draw from this holster
