The crossbreed is a well made holster but it is large and bulky and is much more difficult to conceal than this holster

I have not had a problem with the front sight catching as other reviewers have my 1911 r1 does not extend that far past the end of the holster other models may differ im not sure

I think the constant washing of hands the white paint isnt long lasting enough to keep it on without fading

Front sight snagging issue other reviewers have a problem with is non existent might be the specific gun or the way they draw

For right handed people get the left handed version if you want to position it on your back the right handed version is for positioning on your front
