Pros

Easy to install, works well and looks great. New hose is so flexible that it makes the handheld shower seem light as a feather. Needed to replace our handheld grohe shower is 20 years old. Hand tightening is required for installation of the new one.

Looks terrific, hangs normally, and looks like it belongs with product. My original hose is 25 years old and still functioning. Its the same hose at much better price than manufacturer website.

It was packed in soft bubble envelope instead of a box with protective materials.
