Pros

The shower head works great. It has a gentle normal spray setting and 4 others that give plenty of variety. The spray pattern is wider then old model as well. Easy to install. Installed without a problem.

Superb quality - works like a charm !

It is very easy to install yourself with an adjustable wrench or 24 mm spanner.

It's been two weeks since installation and i'm really liking this shower head.

I don't think i have been this thrilled with a simple bathroom product or any household product, ever.

Price

This shower head is worth every nickel it costs.

While i made everything work, given the price, i find this very disappointing.

Shipping

I was able to figure out how to assemble it but i can't understand why it would have been shipped in that condition.

I was shocked when i opened the box that the head was in pieces.
