Pros
I use these for hauling water to my camper that has no hookups. Sturdy and didn't leak. The containers are very durable and stackable, no signs of wear after years of transporting well water.
Cons
The cap design is poor, spigot cracks and the entire jug isn't stackable. I have 3 that started cracking and leaking in almost the same spot, on the top corner of the jug.

Quality
It doesn’t leak, and the spout works well in conjunction with the little cap to let in air on the top.
Everything is great – excellent quality and not made in china!
Good quality and price, compared to other options.
Thus is for long term storage or for when the shtf.
Packaging/appearance
It does have a very tiny leak out of the small breathing hole, even when tightened as tight as possible.
Competitiveness
They are easier to manage than 5 gallon bottles and you can't beat the price.
I'm somewhat of a prepper, but not paranoid.
It is a shame that we have so many criminals in the usa.

Their 7 gallon is thin and the top 4 corners crack easily

They will replace if you contact but why bother stick their sturdy tough 4 gallon beverage buddy with spigot or close lid
