Pros & Cons
Pros

Filing it down is pretty simple and solves this problem. Worked great after storm.
Cons
Everything this product says on its label is a lie. Rliance, shame on you and make a better product. Makes me think twice if the company has solicited reviews.
One leak profusely, the other only leaks a little. The gasket is a bit thin which doesn't help. The vent cap is either too close to the handle or the vent should have been a bit longer.
Poorly designed water spout connection. No handle on the back of the jug.
Highlights
Quality
It worked beautifully and looks like it will hold up for a long time.
It is sturdy and have tough look!
The plug and pour spout feel like cheap plastic that will break easily in time (think polybutalene).
Mine seals and does not leak when full and set on its side even with 40lbs on top of it.
Shipping
For most of summer it was filled, transported and emptied several times a week, often daily.
