Pros
Dries hair really quick. My mum has thin hair. After using this, her hair appears bouncier and thicker without the dryness experienced with other hair dryers.
It's not flimsy, which i prefer. A step up from my previous lower spec model so a little heavier. Easy to operate and wow!
Easy to use with tonnes of power. Good variety of setting including a finishing setting and cool shot.
Cons
The fastest setting just blows my long thick hair everywhere making it fat & frizzy. Almost caught fire only 4 months after purchase and is unusable. They just take you to the automated help bot in the website which just goes around in circles. My... Read More

I bought the hairdryer because it is ionic which i thought meant that my hair would be less frizzy but i cant say i have noticed any difference

Also the controls are just where your fingers grip the handle so it isa bit too easy to accidently change the settings as you dry

One minor thing with this hair dryer its a little bulky and might be a little heavy for some users and i find the buttons in the way a little not a massive deal but when you want to grab it tight i found sometimes you end up pressing the buttons
