First off the temperature dial is indeed extremely annoying and confusing at first

The dial will eventually stop turning at some point

For lowest setting i turned the dial all the way down til it stops you push the dial top to bottom

Eventually the light will stop blinking and the surface gets significantly hotter

The box says its up to 400 degree high and 30 settings but i wish theyd just say whats the lowest temperature instead of this useless 30 settings
