The buttons are in a poorly placed location so you accidentally hit them while using the device

She had the first one for a couple of years and the black tip on the barrel fell off sure its because it had been dropped

After two years of this product i am looking for a replacement though not because it doesnt work but because the power button and the temperature setting buttons are exactly where my hand goes to hold this so im constantly accidentally either turning it off or changing the temperature
