It takes less than a minute to heat up this iron. It heats up fast and evenly. It cools almost as fast.

Plates glides smoothly and easily and heat up time is very fast.
As far as i can tell, this appears to be well made; i can only assume performance will vary by individual.
Remington s8a900 pro 1” flat iron takes normal flat iron and adds few technologies for color treated hairs.
This is a very slim and lightweight hair straightener so it isn’t tiring to style your hair for longer than 10 minutes.

Overall, this is great iron at great price point.

Plates are infused with keratin oil uv filters and microconditioners and there are heatsensors embedded in the plates such that when hairs are in contact with plates it senses and adjusts the temperature for less damage to color treated hairs
