Pros
This wand is easy to use and the curls last all day with a little hairspray.
The temperature can be tweaked with a dial and the cord swivels with ease. The compact design of the product makes it easy to use and store.
Cons
The clamp is pretty short. This heats up quickly and is easy to use but leaves this strange dent/crimp throughout the hair. I'm forced to use hairspray on every section before curling.
Very unhappy with this product. Not only annoying, but poor quality. I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way.
Fine print on the box indicates it's a refurbished product. The power button fails after about three weeks.
