Its lightweight enough to be toted about the house and it has four settings lohi as well as lohi with oscillation the oscillation takes place within the unit the framework of the unit does not rotate at all

The absence of a fan in this unit means that it works very much like the old quartz tube heaters from the 1980s but with complete quiet the quartz tubes had a habit of being noisy as they heated or cooled during heater cycling
