This model wisely makes no such claims but you should know before you buy that the price on this model is cheaper because there is no sonic benefit and you have to decide if you believe in such benefits anyway

But thankfully i finally had the idea to call remington and they told me all you have to do is call them with the model number and they will ship you a replacement head of your choosing for only 9
