This out performs any cordless trimmer i have ever used and i'm very pleased with it.
And once you buy all those batteries and chargers, it makes sense to stick with the brand.
You'll need to charge the included battery immediately with the included charger.
Price
The only thing that gives me pause the price of additional batteries.
Competitiveness
We invested in greenworks tools--the different batteries and battery chargers definitely are an investment.
(to be fair, greenworks does offer other trimmers that do have bump knobs, and you should shop greenworks products when making your choice.

It has a comfortable assist handle too but its still pretty weighty because of the battery
