Cons
Customer service was of no assistance at all. Absolutely maddening. Not one of the shops knew how or why they were on the remington support list; none of them deal with remington electric pole saws. It is a very cheap saw, so i found no one to talk to... Read More

Highlights
Quality
I was/am very satisfied with the saw.
Overall i found this to be a good quality saw.
Be aware that you need to store it with the bar oil dispensing hole upwards in order to prevent bar oil leaking out.
Packaging/appearance
The weight helps it cut through the limb/branch.
Competitiveness
It has worked really well clearing small trees and triming limbs.
My neighbor has a another brand that can’t be used without the pole.
