Pros
They heat up really quickly, and the bag they come with is handy for cooling down afterwards. Easy to get beautiful straightener curls from them as well. These are the best straighteners i have ever owned!
These are absolutely fantastic. Not a premium premium set, but they heat up quickly and offer lots of control. These are equally as good if not better than ghd’s and a fraction of the cost!
I have very thick hair, and these leave it silky and smooth, and a lot straighter than my previous pair. Even after exposure to damp air / light rain my hair still looks much straighter and shinier than usual. Straightened my hair easily.
Cons
The remington straightener is not a diamond in disguise. Please refund my amount as per inconvenience. Tbh theyre worst straighreners i own. My old babyliss are better.

Really good quality, nice and smooth to use.
Overall good quality, have been using for a while and no issues.
I had some ancient ghd straighteners but never used them as they made my hair very static and caused damage.
The babyliss made my hair feel dry even after trying different temperatures.

For the price they are unbelievable so i highly recommend them!

Comes with a nice case , let's you know when the straighteners are ready to use and you can lock them , so they are kinda closed.
They come with a protective cover for the plates.
Competitiveness
I would absolutely recommend these to anyone needing a cheaper alternative to their usual expensive brands.
I've previously had ghd but even my hairdresser advised that they're not worth the money - even professionals don't use them.
So i decided to try a different brand, and i didn’t want to pay a fortune.
They do take slightly longer to warm up than ghd's but the result you get is just as good if not better!

After 10 years my high end cloud 9 straightening irons had finally become worn out and so i was looking for a brand new swanky replacement pair of straighteners

Then one weekend i was staying over at my parents and realised id forgotten to bring my old cloud 9 straighteners so i resorted to using my mothers recently purchased ones which just so happened to be these remington ones

Id never used remington before but i wasnt expecting anything special and just assumed i would get a basic result that would just take the wavy edge off my hair

Ive come to the opinion now that you really dont have to spend a fortune on expensive brands to look good
