Remote function lets me turn it off from across the rom. Remote adaptor in that & works like described. Very nice remote control light socket with bulb base holder.

Simply screw the adapter into your existing fixture and pair with the wall switch remote. Just turned it on, * my light bulb to the gadget and * the gadget into a light socket. Flip the switch and bam let there be light!

Easy to install, remote control and good motion sensor. Easy to pair. Easy setup. If you're like me and don't have any plugins on the outside of your home this is perfect.

In spite of this shortcoming, it is still useful in normal situations. It makes going down to the basement safer and easier. Easier to change battery when necessary.

Cons

Changing the battery necessitates prying open the side of the clicker with a small screwdriver. This in my opinion is a serious exclusion on their part. The base of the socket stuck out 1/4 inch and is considered a sock hazzard.
