It does definitely make your digestive system more regular, so beware the first hour or so after taking your probiotic!
Cotton candy type flavour, and kind of sticks a bit in your mouth at first, but dissolves really quickly.
He tells me the taste lasts for a few minutes but after having a glass of milk, he doesn't notice it anymore.
