Pros

For someone that has this issue chronically, that is really good.

Great hygiene and balanced diet alone sometimes is not enough. They work especially with bloating and recurrent yeast infections. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the capsule size.

Cons

Don’t buy these. They expires this month 8/23. This is probably the first probiotic that hasn't done a thing. Would not recommend.
