Company provides zero customer service. Don't buy lithiums with open peripherals, just the positive and negative terminals so your battery is sealed against water infiltration. When you point out a defective battery, they refuse to warranty it.

Competitiveness
I have 3 of these installed in an off-grid capable rv trailer, along with other renogy equipment.
I have their mmpt controller and their 1000w inverter.
I have a renogy 100ah and eco-worthy (4x30ah parallel) and they run at full speed until it stop without warning.
I got a small prolite trailer and battery is located under the bed which is difficult to reach.

Did a 3 week vacation which involved drawing them down to 30 capacity on the battery monitor system without any loss of power ie capacity cant be majorly off and at other times running the air conditioning off the batteries which gave them a good amp draw close to the 170a max

Renogy sends stuff but its only for m10 terminals

Total pain as its actually hard to find m12 ring connectors and for 10 awg to 4 awg
