Price
The convenience cost comes in with them supplying the cables from panel to controller and controller to battery.
Nice tech and quality for the money.
I later purchased two more 100 watt panels for $101 each and yesterday the same panels were $96 each.
It is an inexpensive part to buy separately but would assume it should just be included with multiple panels.
Shipping
I sent a question to their customer service department and received a prompt response.
Packaging/appearance
Everything came shopped nicely and all components were present.
We discovered we were shorted one box which contained the controller, wires and mounts.
They are packed very well and i don't see how you could pack them better.
The only negative i can say is that the package was missing the connectors to hook the panels together.
Competitiveness
So if it fails within a couple years i’ll go with a different brand; mppt has good gains.

I dont know if thats intentional to make it look like youre getting more power than you are or a miscalibration internally but i might see if i can modify that someday
