Do not be fooled by the affordable pricing and good looks of their products. The 2000w unit is a fail! The one thing worse then the defective products is the company’s customer service.
Kept going to ground default. Neutral and ground wires are not connected and it does have a floating ground. You’ve been warned.

Just a psa the unit is 3434 longer when you account for both the battery terminals and ac terminal housing cover on the face of the unit

Its not that much of a difference but it was just long enough to make it not fit in the ventilated enclosure for my project thus an exchange for the smaller 1000w model was in order i really wish they made a 1500 w
