The customer service is extremely poor in comparison to what it once was. The batterys do work but i feel i'm going to be regretting my purchase for the next 5 years assuming they even work that long.

The minimum voltage required is 10vdc

There is no special trick to charge these batteries as you just use the right components that can send enough amps to them

As you dont put a 10 amp charger on these lithium batteries especially 2 of them that have internal heaters

The internal heaters will take all the charge since the noco charger ramps up to 10 amps in ideal situations only
