The 300w panel is very large and sorry renogy but a single layer of cardboard is not going to protect something of this size and weight

Its simply not worth returning it for replacement given its bulk given that it works and the problem is largely cosmetic

Mine arrived from ups and there was minor damage to the aluminum framing on the panels
