Pros

Once cables and mounting equipment were purchased, were easy to install. I have no idea how tech support will be if i have issues but so far they have been great.

The bt app is pretty useless btw. The advanced parameters for battery are grayed out. A refund for missing parts was eventually promised in writing.

Every day would charge up my batteries back to 100 percent and never even got below 50 percent.

Packaging/appearance

I printed out the pic on amazon n it shows pictures backwards for wires on charger box.

I did not like that it did not come with any instructions in the box.

Also the battery charger box had no markings to know where the wires go.
