So, you must turn the regulated power on, then immediately turn on your airmini, or any other device you are using on regulated power.
Resmed airmini uses 24v, so i purchased a flgan dc 24v power cord for resmed airmini from amazon, which plugs right into the dc out port.

This thing has been rained on spilled on hot from the sun we do keep it in the shade and under a canopy most of the time thrown around vehicles packed up and severely overused
