Pros & Cons
Pros
Top solar has a 22 inch stand and it fits perfectly for a 100 watt solar panel. Works great at getting the correct angle and securely mounting the panels. Installed a 100 watts solar panel on my suv with this and roof rack box adapter.
They are sturdy and easy to assemble. And so far they seem plenty sturdy, even in a stiff blow.
The two mounting brackets are 28. Side to either side. Now the panel is much sturdier and has a better choice of angles to set it at.
Great for a quick panel tilt adjustment.
Cons
Instructions are only online and lag long enough to mount to roof. How hard is it to add a single peice of paper with instructions?

Highlights
Quality
Works great and has all the hardware needed to install, and after installation the tilt mechanism is simple and easy.
These brackets are incredibly sturdy and well-designed.
The mount is made a thick aluminum that is very well overbuilt for smaller panels.
There is no good way to keep a perfectly round bolt head from spinning inside the solar panel c-channel frame.
Price
The renogy 28in adjustable solar panel mount brackets are an excellent bargain.
With that being said, for the price, the quality of the materials themselves seem great.
For $27, you could not buy the material to make this.
Way over priced for aluminum and a few bolts, washers and nuts.
Shipping
It arrived today with 2day delivery as promised and in very good condition.
I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving this.
Packaging/appearance
It was packaged perfectly and it is of the highest quality material.
I have opened the box looks correct ~ looks strong
I'm probably going to just visit the hardware store to get the bolts, washers, and nuts that didn't come in the package.
Competitiveness
Better than other similar panel mounts i've worked with.
After looking at comparable parts at major hardware stores there was no way i could get the individual parts for anywhere near ... Read More
I ordered this renogy solar panel stand from amazon because it was the lowest price and also a brand name.
These mounts are a heavier duty and a little taller than other brands.
