Pros

The renogy rover 40 amp solar charge controller and they are producing 14 amps at 19. Volts. Set them up in series instead of parallel. Used this to expand my watts to keep up with the 12v 16cuft refer while dry camping.

It's more rugged than i expected, well built and water proof. It has a very sturdy frame as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

Convo w. Panel is so impressive that you can shine a flashlight on it and watch it sharge the battery. Upgraded my 5er with one of these.

Cons

Panels are always way hotter than ambient temps which significantly reduces voltage. Replacement panel puts out notably less v and a in the same sunlight.

I had intentionally discharged my jackery 700 plus by 10 to see how the renogy solar panel would work

Of course i had to play with the angle and tilt of the renogy 100 watt type n panel to capture the most sunlight

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I did not buy the adjustable platform and just used a card board box to do the tilt

I hooked this up to my portable power station and it showed 48 watts when the sun was shining brightly

It was a cloudy day so it would fluctuate and at times when a black rain cloud obstructed the sun it wouldnt show anything coming in at all

If you get more than two and want to connect them in parallel the cables are too short and you will need extensions
