Renogy is garbage when you need support. Their customer service is non existent. The warranty isn't worth anything if the company will not respond.
Renogy inverter is a major disappointment. Mine is just an expensive boat anchor.

Inverter continuously flakes in and out of charging and ultimately battery voltage failed to reach higher than 11. Works great while it does, but don’t expect it to last. Charging function failed on both units in less than 6-months.

After more reading decided to get a lifep04 specific charger for $86 and it charges to 14.
Expensive but worth the upgrade to the van!
2 renogy 40mppts on a bank of 11 100ah marine deep cycle group 31 lead acid batteries, 8 100w renogy panels.
Shipping
Culprit was either ups or warehouse thought they can pull a fast one.
Packaging/appearance
The renogy 1000w inverter charger unit came undamaged, was packed very well and the associated hardware and temp sensor were in the box.
My unit arrived in a box that had been clearly thrown around.
The first one amazon sent was beat up to hell dents and packaging was all tore up.
The product came with the shipping box pretty well damaged so if you purchase be aware of the possibility of damage to the device.
