Pros

Customer service works well if you follow the instructions from them. This is an outstanding inverter. Came well packed and good instructions.

Easy to install and use. Easy to hook up durable. Inverter feeds a microwave 700 w in my rv.

Cons

Disappointing and disheartening. Could not provide power to my 13 amp (1560 watt) electric chainsaw. Disposed of the packaging.

Great to receive the 2000w inverter but unfortunately the brochure is for a 1000w and not a 2000w inverter.
