Pros
Heat, suction and massage feels great.
The heat function immediately relaxes the tension in your eyes. The tension in my brow has lessened, my eyes feel fresher, and i'm breathing more deeply. I suffer from tension headaches around my eye area and this is just heaven.
Was super excited to receive it. It is amazing.
The audio instructions for the modes are easy to use. An audio/voice tells you what they are which is handy.
The renpho is great value for money. Totally worth every cent. Considering wheat packs are often $20 - $30 au, this is a great value.
Cons
Unit itself is very loud during operation. If online is your only option then maybe pay more for a better quality product.
