Pros
No confusing instructions or tech headaches. Works seamlessly with the app, it takes just seconds to record all the data. It even passes the additional information, like the bmi, etc. It's great for tracking various body metrics.
Display is light, but very readable. Solar powered is the way to go. It doesn't try to be overly fancy, just does its job.
Cons
This scale burns through batteries. There do not appear to be any * on the scale itself to reset it. The battery dies in 2-3 weeks with or without use of the scale.

It’s accurate because i compare my weight on it with the one taken at my dr’s appointment.
You can set goals for yourself, either weight loss goals or bmi.
One thing, though: when i first installed and used the app, it tried to send my information to bytedance, as well as others.
