Pros
The heat and relaxing music makes me fall asleep everytime. My house is crazy and chaotic and loud. It's so relaxing.

Cons
The dentist office music and the sound of the mask is nothing relaxing. The music is annoying and not relaxing by any means. The massage isn't continuous, especially the pounding noise.
On the rare occasion i can get it to work correctly, it is great. This thing *, and i’m having trouble understanding all the positive reviews. Would not recommend.
It is almost as if the device is faulty. The controls are really sensitive and confusing, even after going through the instructions. It has bluetooth capabilities but again, no * or instructions.
