Price
So not a big deal as long as i remember to recharge it when it’s low so it’s available the next time i need it.
The voice control option is good just need to remember the key words but not a big deal.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was top-notch and came with everything you need.
I pulled it out and it has the charge cord, the mask, the cold pack, a bag for the cold pack, and a storage bag for the mask.
Competitiveness
I chose this recent version because of the different heat and pressure levels as well as the three types of modes.
